Depending on the email service provider you are using, receiving an e-mail can take up to 10-15 minutes. If you have not received an e-mail from us to verify your account; there is a possibility of email provider to mark email as 'Spam'. In this case;
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- If the email from us is in your 'Spam/Junk' folder; please mark the email as Not Spam/Junk
- Depending on the email provider you are using, add email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe list.
- Once your filtering settings are updated and Gobaba e-mails are enabled; please re-send the e-mail using Gobaba Sign Up Page.
